The STIHL fleece filter offers good filtering quality under different operating conditions. It is capable of capturing coarse dirt particles on its surface, while retaining fine dirt particles inside the filter. This reliable protection against abrasive dust helps to keep the motor of your leaf blower or vacuum shredder performing optimally, while keeping fuel consumption low, and making it easy to start your machine.
Regular checks and replacement of the fuel filter are also important to prevent foreign particles from entering the engine via the fuel, thus protecting the engine and extending its service life. Likewise, regular replacement of the spark plug is recommended to ensure clean combustion in the engine, thereby maintaining optimal machine performance.
