We offer delivery services across the UK, including free delivery on eligible mainland orders, express options and specialist pallet delivery for larger machinery. Charges depend on your region, the size and weight of your order, and the delivery service selected.

Additional Delivery Information
Free mainland delivery: Eligible mainland orders of £60 or more including VAT qualify for free 2–3 working day delivery. A separate free 3–5 working day delivery option is also listed for eligible mainland orders.
Express delivery: Next working day, timed and Saturday services are available for selected products and destinations.
Heavy machinery and pallet deliveries: Large machinery and oversized items may require specialist pallet or long-pallet delivery.
Regional delivery charges: Additional charges apply to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man.
Special delivery quotations: Please contact us for a personalised quote for unusual deliveries or orders not covered by the listed services.
Delivery times: All stated delivery times are in working days unless otherwise indicated. Available services and applicable charges are shown at checkout.

Certain oversized, unusually shaped, heavy, unique or specialist machinery and equipment may incur additional delivery fees depending on the delivery location, dimensions, weight and handling requirements. Some items may require a bespoke delivery quotation.
Any additional delivery charges will be confirmed with the customer before the order is dispatched. DTW Tools & Machinery reserves the right to amend delivery charges, services and availability where necessary.

Delivery / Carriage fees are FREE when placing an order of £60 or more including VAT after discounts, additional delivery fees may apply on certain larger items and for the Highlands, Islands and remote locations within the UK mainland and outside the UK, for an accurate delivery charge, please proceed to basket where this will be displayed in most circumstances.

24-hour delivery is available at a surcharge and dependant on the item you require and availability, please contact our sales team for further assistance.
If you are purchasing more than one item to be delivered at the same time to the same address and there is a delivery charge, please contact our sales office on 01257 422 200 as we may be able to discount some of the delivery fees.
Products which are either sent on pallets, exceed the weight of 30kg or are sent direct from suppliers may be subject to different cut-off times for same-day despatch. If you are unsure if this applies to your order, please contact us on 01257 422 200 for further information.
DTW Tools & Machinery make every effort to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, however, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our courier partners or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In many instances we will be able to refund express delivery charges if our courier partners do not attempt delivery in the timeframe quoted on our website’s Checkout page; however we do not accept liability for any additional costs, losses or damages caused by these delays, including but not limited to costs incurred due to late delivery. Customers are advised to track their orders online where possible and contact our Customer Service Team or the relevant courier partner directly for updates on delivery status’.

Returns, Changes & Cancellations
You can cancel your order from when you place it up to 7 working days after you have received the delivery. If you decide to return item(s) to DTW Tools and Machinery, it is the purchaser’s responsibility and cost to return the item(s).
Also, you should send written notice of your cancellation via email or post with 7 days after delivery, any cancellation after this will be treated as a return accordingly.
Return items must be received in the same unused condition as sold and packaged accordingly, any machine not in original packaging must be returned direct to the manufacturer and suitably protected for transit, any refund is at their discretion and subject to a thorough inspection upon arrival.
Special order items, nonstandard items, used, fleeted, etched or in a condition not as dispatched and which renders them unsalable as new will not be accepted back for credit.
All returns regardless of whether the item is damaged or simply no longer needed must be returned in it’s original box, unless DTW Tools & Machinery Ltd are able to authorise the return to be in different packaging for you. Petrol/diesel equipment must also be drained of fuel and oil before collection. Failure to comply may result in delays with the return, or additional costs for packaging/damage.

Damages, Shortages or Loss of Goods
A claim for damage in transit, shortage of delivery or loss of goods will not be accepted unless the buyer has provided written notice of such damage, shortage or loss with reasonable particulars thereof within 7 days of receipt of the goods or (in the case of loss) of receipt of the invoice or other notification of despatch.
DTW Tools & Machinery Ltd’s liability, if any, shall be limited to replacing or (in its discretion) repairing such goods and it shall be a condition precedent to any such liability that the purchaser shall, if so requested, have returned damaged goods to DTW Tools & Machinery Ltd within 14 days of such request.
The purchaser shall not be entitled to make any claim against DTW Tools & Machinery Ltd for any consequential loss arising out of such damage, shortage or loss as aforesaid.
