The STIHL HSA 30 Cordless Hedge Trimmer is a lightweight, battery-powered tool designed for precision and ease of use in residential garden maintenance. It is available as an individual tool without a battery and charger, or as a kit with the HSA 30 Cordless Hedge Trimmer, an AS 2 battery, and an AL 1 charger. This flexibility allows users to either integrate the trimmer into their existing STIHL battery system or opt for a complete set for immediate use.
The HSA 30 is part of the AS System and is powered by a removable lithium-ion battery, which is compatible with other tools in the range, such as the GTA 26 garden pruner and the SEA 20 hand vacuum. This interchangeability makes it a versatile addition to any gardening toolkit. The trimmer is exceptionally well-balanced, making it comfortable to use for extended periods. The charge status of the battery can be easily checked during use by pressing the indicator button on the side of the hedge trimmer.
Equipped with a 45 cm double-sided, single-edged cutting blade, the HSA 30 offers a cutting capacity of 8mm, making it suitable for a variety of hedge trimming tasks. The blades are laser-cut, diamond-ground, and hardened, ensuring precise and clean cuts. The trimmer also features a screw-on tip protector, which enhances safety and ease of handling. On a full charge, the HSA 30 can operate for up to 50 minutes, allowing ample time to complete most residential trimming jobs.
