The Tsurumi LB-480 Submersible Pump is a lightweight, heavy-duty pump built for hardcore use. The LB-480 has a solid cast aluminium body, cast iron pump casing and an impact-resistant PVC strainer base for durability during robust handling. For site applications where the water contains sand and silt, the urethane vortex impeller offers excellent wear resistance, thus maintaining performance and reliability.

The LB-480 incorporates a dual position outlet port to enable to user to position the outlet hose horizontally or vertically to avoid it kinking. Using a combination of a rubber pump chamber, rubber wear plate and a urethane vortex impeller, excellent wear resistance is achieved in site water that contains sand, silt and dirt, thus maintaining performance and reliability.

The LB-480 comes in either 110v or 230v and the automatic version features a float which cuts off the machine once the water descends to a certain level. Tsurumi water pumps also come with a three-year guarantee.
