Comparable in performance to the petrol-powered HS 82, it is part of the STIHL AP battery system and delivers constant power, low vibration, and quiet operation, making it ideal for professional landscapers and grounds maintenance contractors.

Unlike the trimming-focused HSA 140 T, the HSA 140 R is engineered for cutting thicker material. It features a lower blade speed combined with wide 38 mm tooth spacing, allowing it to power through woody growth, thicker branches, and annual hedge reductions with ease. The rotating multi-function handle, integrated battery slot, and three-stage adjustable stroke rate ensure excellent ergonomics and control across all cutting angles. This is a tool-only version and is supplied without battery or charger.
