It comes with a powerful motor and a sandwich-type blade unit which consistently performs well in regular use. A standout feature of this model is the BRS (Blade rotation Reverse System) reversal mechanism which lets you easily adjust the blade unit’s function based on the type of material you’re shredding, all through a simple rotary switch.
When cutting blades are set to rotate clockwise, they efficiently shred hard material into wood chips. On the other hand, setting the blades to rotate anticlockwise lets them efficiently shred green garden cuttings into compostable material. The large feed chute is positioned at a comfortable working height, enabling you to easily feed in branches with side shoots and large quantities of clippings.
