All orders are shipped same day if ordered before 3pm. Smaller parcels are sent via Royal Mail, larger parcels are sent via Parcelforce or DX and palletised items over 70kg are sent via The Pallet Network (please contact us if you wish to confirm which delivery company we would use). Depending on availability, some items may also be sent direct from the manufacturer.
We use a number of international couriers and can arrange delivery worldwide on most items, please contact us for shipping prices to your location.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
