The Hyundai 6kW Single Phase Backup Diesel Generator (DHY8000SELR) is the long running version of the DHY8000SE, with an almost double large 30L diesel tank, boosting the maximum running time of this standby backup diesel generator to 30 hours of power.

Long Running
The generator is powered by a reliable 4-Stroke, air-cooled D452 Hyundai Diesel Engine. The DHY8000SELR backup generator has a maximum output of 6kW. It features an advanced ARV alternator to produce clean energy, also making it safe for sensitive electronic equipment. The large 30L diesel fuel tank and slow 1L per hour consumption makes the generator extremely long running.
Automatic Transfer Switch
The 6kW Hyundai diesel backup generator is compatible with an optional Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). An ATS can sense a power cut and automatically start the generator even when you’re not around to manually start it. Once power has been restored, the ATS will again, automatically switch you back to mains power.
Silenced Generator
The Hyundai 6kW Backup Diesel Generator is housed within silent casing, and is an extremely quiet machine that doesn’t disturb you, your family or employees when powering a building. With a sound rating of 70dB @ 7 meters, you’ll hardly hear the generator while its running.
Economical Standby Power
The DHY8000SELR diesel generator is economical to run, using roughly 1L of diesel every hour. Since the DHY8000SELR can run on red diesel, which is significantly cheaper than traditional diesel used in most vehicles, making it the perfect back-up solution.
