Evolution Sanding Belts for the Precision File Sander. These are ideal for removing bulk material from Wood, Metal and Plastics. There are 3 different grit sizes, 80 grit, 100 grit and 120 grit. Each pack contains 3 belts of the same grit size.

Surface coated with high-grade Corundum these cloth belts are flexible, long-lasting and have excellent anti-clog properties making them ideal for all types of construction and renovation work. If you’re welding, stripping, re-painting steelwork or even doing automotive renovation the Evolution Precision File Sander and Sanding Belts will help you work faster, giving a higher quality finish in less time than hand sanding alone can deliver.

The coarser grades are suited for faster removal from harder materials; use the 80 grit for smoothing metal, removing weld splatter, shaping hardwood and paint removal from intricate surfaces. The 100 grit is ideal for stiffer plastics, acrylic and shaping softwoods. The 120 grit is ideal for fine surface finishing on all of the above and also smoothing veneered surfaces.
