The Cobra Mowbot 1500X RTK Robotic Lawnmower provides fully automated, boundary-wire-free lawn maintenance for gardens of up to 1,500m². Combining high-precision RTK satellite positioning with VSLAM visual navigation, the Mowbot can accurately map and navigate complex gardens while maintaining reliable positioning in areas where trees, buildings or other obstacles restrict the satellite signal.

There is no perimeter wire to install or bury. Lawn boundaries, mowing zones and no-go areas are created digitally using the Cobra Mowbot app, making installation faster and allowing the mowing layout to be changed whenever your garden changes.

Advanced AI vision, dual Time-of-Flight sensors and recognition of more than 300 common objects help the mower navigate safely around garden furniture, toys, trees, pets and other obstacles. Rather than mowing randomly, the Mowbot uses intelligent route planning and an organised S-shaped mowing pattern for efficient coverage and a consistently neat finish.

RTK & VSLAM Hybrid Navigation

The Cobra Mowbot 1500X RTK combines two navigation technologies to maintain accurate positioning around the garden.

RTK satellite technology provides high-precision positioning across open areas, while VSLAM visual navigation allows the mower to understand its surroundings and maintain its route when satellite reception is restricted by buildings, trees or other obstacles.

By combining both systems, the mower can continue navigating through signal dead zones while maintaining accurate boundaries and consistent lawn coverage.

Advanced AI Obstacle Recognition

Integrated AI cameras and dual ToF sensors continuously monitor the area around the mower. The system can recognise more than 300 common objects, including garden furniture, toys, trees and pets, allowing the Mowbot to intelligently navigate around obstacles rather than simply coming into contact with them.

This provides greater confidence when using the mower in busy or more complex garden environments.

No Boundary Wire Required

Traditional robotic lawnmowers typically require a perimeter cable to be installed around the lawn. The Mowbot 1500X RTK replaces this with digital boundary mapping.

Simply use the Cobra Mowbot app to guide the mower around the required mowing area. You can then create individual mowing zones, define areas that the mower should avoid and configure cutting schedules around your routine.

With no cables to bury, installation is less disruptive and boundaries can be adjusted more easily if the layout of the garden changes.
