This shotblaster eliminates the mess and hazards associated with hand-blasting, leaving an ideal surface for coatings and overlays. The SPE12ES shotblaster is self-propelled and features a variable-speed drive, allowing for effective operator control. The machine is designed to work with the SPE12DC dust collector, ensuring your jobsite is safe and compliant with air quality standards. The blast unit is constructed of manganese steel and is capable of using up to S 550 abrasive.
The blast width can be reduced for line removal and weld inspection, and the screening grill prevents damage caused by foreign objects. The fully machined blast-wheel support bearing assembly eliminates bearing problems and automatically aligns blast-wheel components. The blast wheel can be rotated in both directions, making this machine even more versatile.
Choose from two options: 230v or 415v, and take advantage of the optional magnetic/steel seal system. The SPE12ES Shotblaster is capable of being dismantled to pass through a 600mm access hole in storage tanks, making it the perfect tool for surface preparation and is designed to make your job easier, faster, and more efficient.
