The kit allows users to conduct simple maintenance work on their chainsaws themselves, helping to prolong the service life of their tool. By regularly conducting standard maintenance, such as replacing the air and fuel filters and the spark plug, you ensure that your chainsaw's motor continues to work reliably and at peak performance, while also protecting the components and parts from dirt and damage.

The Service Kit 11 includes the following components for standard maintenance:

HD2 air filter

Spark plug

Fuel filter

The STIHL HD2 air filter provided in the kit is suitable for all operating conditions and can be used universally. With its fine pores, it offers a high-quality filtration system that filters out even the finest dirt from the intake air. By replacing the HD2 filter, you protect the chainsaw motor from abrasive dust, maintain the chainsaw's performance, keep fuel consumption low, and ensure that your STIHL chainsaw starts easily as usual.

The kit also includes a spark plug and fuel filter, both of which need regular replacement. The spark plug is crucial for clean combustion in the engine, and the fuel filter protects the engine by keeping the fuel free from foreign particles.

To replace the air filter and spark plug, it's recommended to use the combination wrench that came with your STIHL chainsaw. The service kit packaging also has a built-in cardboard hook, which allows you to easily remove and replace the fuel filter without needing any additional tools.
